Staying in California and moving to Texas was a huge thing for us as we were unaware of the locations in detail. We came across the home videos by Raj on youtube and were impressed by his attention to detail both about the plan and also the locality. Reached out to him and his knowledge about the whole home buying process and "must to mention" organizing skills just perfected it! We instantly went with him. It has always been a very smooth ride with him, he was super helpful with all our appointments with our builder. Thanks to him, we were clear on what to expect and what not to for every meeting.
